Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

By creating an account or using Pudding, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorised to bind that business.

This document is a DRAFT placeholder and is not yet legally reviewed. It is published so the consent and disclosure mechanism is in place; the binding text will replace it after counsel review and the version will be bumped.

2. The service

Pudding provides accounting and finance tooling that connects to your Xero organisation and other sources you authorise. Pudding starts read-only and does not post changes to connected systems without your approval.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data in your connected systems, for reviewing AI-assisted suggestions before relying on them, for keeping your credentials secure, and for using the service lawfully.

4. Fees

5. Liability and warranties

6. Termination and changes

You can stop using Pudding and request deletion of your account data at any time. We may update these Terms; when we do, we will bump the version and ask you to accept the updated terms.
